RAC NYSCAR membership gives you a bigger voice in Albany. By adding your signature to lobby for or against issues affecting our industry, you will be part of the solution. Several years ago, we successfully overturned the 39 Year Depreciation Rule, bringing it back to 15 years, which was a direct result of letters signed and sent from our Rochester Area Chapter.

We provide a Quarterly Newsletter to all our members to keep them apprised of important issues within our organization and our Rochester Commercial Real Estate community.
