The 23^rd New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS® Annual Conference & Northeast Regional Marketing Session is scheduled on June 16 and 17, 2025, at the Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady. This year’s conference will offer a 1/2 day Education session, followed by two expert panels, welcome reception, full day Marketing session and networking opportunities. RAC NYSCAR membership gives you a bigger voice in Albany. By adding your signature to lobby for or against issues affecting our industry, you will be part of the solution. Several years ago, we successfully overturned the 39 Year Depreciation Rule, bringing it back to 15 years, which was a direct result of letters signed and sent from our Rochester Area Chapter.

We provide a Quarterly Newsletter to all our members to keep them apprised of important issues within our organization and our Rochester Commercial Real Estate community.
