Guest Speaker Jeff Garcia, Founder & CEO of Main Street Alternatives, along with colleagues from Walton Global, discussed the significance, benefits and available Walton Global offerings for 1031 Exchanges for real estate investments.  Mercedes Brien from Yaman Commercial Industrial highlighted the property where the lunch took place at 655 Driving Park Avenue, which is owned by C & P Properties INC, and a tour was offered of the facility.
