Our lunch took place at 655 Driving Park Avenue, owned by C & P Properties INC. Guest Speaker Jeff Garcia, Founder & CEO of Main Street Alternatives, along with colleagues from Walton Global, discussed the significance, benefits and available Walton Global offerings for 1031 Exchanges for real estate investments. Mercedes Brien from Yaman Commercial Industrial highlighted the property, and a tour was included. We also had a mini-marketing session for those interested in sharing their real estate “needs and wants.”
