Thank you to everyone who attended the March 12 NYSCAR Rochester meeting. We had a great turnout with 82 members and guests joining us for an afternoon of updates, presentations and networking. Of interest are two New York Senate Bills recently introduced:  (1) Senate Bill S5549:  Prohibits exemptions for owners of vacant or unoccupied storefront properties, and  (2) Senate Bill S2007:  Expands the residential-commercial exemption program to include any municipality regardless of the population of the county in which it is located.
