Flaum Management Company hosted RAC NYSCAR’s monthly lunch event at Omnitech Business Park on April 10, 2025 to mark the beginning of their management and leasing of the campus. We were pleased to welcome nearly 60 members and guests as Peter Gillett of Flaum Management highlighted the park and showcased 7615 Omnitech Place in Victor, including up to 30,000 SF of flex/office space now available for lease and an additional 300,000 SF. From the Desk of Justin Merriam, RAC NYSCAR Governmental Affairs Chair: Two New NY State Senate Bills Introduced

Of interest are two New York Senate Bills recently introduced:  (1) Senate Bill S5549:  Prohibits exemptions for owners of vacant or unoccupied storefront properties, and  (2) Senate Bill S2007:  Expands the residential-commercial exemption program to include any municipality regardless of the population of the county in which it is located.
