About Our Chapter
The Rochester Area Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS has so much to offer our Commercial Real Estate professionals in brokerage and development in the Greater Rochester Area. The Rochester Area Chapter meetings are monthly meetings providing the opportunity for brokers, developers and affiliated service providers to connect with new Commercial developments and opportunities coming to market.
The Rochester Area Chapter in conjunction with the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS also provides online learning that targets industry specific topics from leasing, environmental, and policy changes to give our Broker Members and Affiliates knowledge on relevant hot topics important to the Commercial real estate market in the Rochester Area, catch up with colleagues and make new connections!
