9:00 am-12:00 pm: AM Class: Excel Basics for Real Estate
The purpose of this introductory Excel course is to empower the student with basic real estate financial analysis tools utilizing Excel, that will enable them to perform time value of money calculations, understand the calculation and its application and interpret the results for their clients. The 3-hour class is to instruct the student on which excel applications to utilize.
 
1:00-4:00 pm: PM Class: Applying Excel in Cash Flow Analysis (Approved for 3 hours of CE credit)
The purpose of this Excel course is to empower the student with basic real estate financial analysis tools utilizing Excel, that will enable them to develop Annual Property Operating Data (APOD), Multi-year Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, Sale Proceeds Analysis and calculate IRR and NPV The 3 hour class is to instruct the student on how to develop the analysis and interpret it’s results.
